While using Check and Add field, you can enter new keywords and at the same time automatically check whether such a keyword has already been entered before. This avoids entering the same keywords twice or more, and leaves more room for other, important keywords. If the same words exist, all occurrences of the same word will automatically be marked in red. After typing the desired keyword, enter it in the keywords list by pressing the ENTER key.

There is another way to check all occurrences of a word in the keyword list. The search word does not have to be typed in the Check and Add field at all. Just double-click on the word you want to check in the keywords list.

Also, during data entry, you always have an overview of the maximum allowed number of characters in all fields (Title, Description, Keywords).
